- Advertising the property by taking photos and videos of the property and performing open house showing for prospective tenants.

- Screening tenants to make sure they meet the minimum qualifications

- Communicating with tenants and prospective tenants

- Data entry into App folio, the property management software

- Collect rent and deposits for tenants and accurately report them into the software-App folio
