 - Design and generate original graphic creation of print and digital ads, marketing collateral, and all other creative deliverable in collaboration with marketing team. 

 - When necessary, deliver production-ready document sto media and print partners, capturing necessary specifications and deadlines.

 - Collaborate strategically with writer, web developer, and marketing director to obtain approvals and revise designs to meet institutional need
