모집 포지션

 1. eSM

  - 수출입 업무: 수주 및 입고, 온&오프 판매 시 출고 작업

  - Online label: 온&오프 판매시 출고에 필요한 송장 작업

  - FTA & Payment: 무역 관련 자료시 취합 및 대응

 2. CRbiz

  - customer Support 업무

  - Order replacements, returns, sorting, RMA inventory control

 3. Customer Support

  - E-commerce customer service position (B2C online store, Amazon, eBay, etc)

  - Data entry

  - Interacting with customers through CRM platforms such as Desk.com

  - Liaison between the customer and company

  - Supporting customers with order management

  - Supporting customers with sales and product inquiries

  - No phone calling involved

급여

 - 시간당 13불 이상
