모집 포지션 : 금형 수리/점검, 품질검사, 생산관리 등

 * 개인역량에 따라 업무 배치

 - Operate Press/Die Systems and assess expected service time of the equipment;

 - Set up, implement, and maintain press lines operation schedules and production plans for Press Managers review

 - Perform proper configuration on press/die systems, PLC programming, POP system, power press, torque control system, etc.;

 - Operate ERP systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Product Lifecycle Management systems, Enterprise Application Integration systems, and manufacturing database;

 - Coordinate with manufacturing engineers and managers of administrative support teams to assess the department’s productivity and resource utilization status;

 - Provide technical support and instruction to staff workers regarding operation of MM and PP modules;

 - Optimize PLC board to prevent any irregular operation in Projection Press line;

 - Perform preventative maintenance activities to reduce downtime of the press lines;

 - Identify potential automation issues and recommend and implement preventive measures and

 - Maintain production control records and transaction documentation including functional specifications, recipe parameter tables, and standard operating procedures.

급여

 - 연봉 30,000불

근무시간

 - 주 5일(월~금요일), 주 40시간 이상
