모집 포지션 

 1. Product Developmen

 - Report findings and confer with the management and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, customers demand for improvement of existing equipment or development of new equipment.

 2. Production

 - Monitors assembly team leaders to ensure production efficiency to reach the daily production target through   production scheduling and troubleshooting problems of Downtime.

 - Coordinates Assembly team leaders to ensure quality standards are maintained through improvement programs, implementing countermeasures for all quality concerns, and assisting manufacturing engineers design work stations for maximum quality.

 - Implements engineering changes into manufacturing process.

 - Monitors safety and keep safety condition with related departments

 - Keep efficiency product condition with consumable weld parts.

 - Team building

 - Plans, organizes and allocates department resources to meet department and company goals.

 - Promotes an associate relations environment that is consistent with long term management objectives.

급여

 - 연봉 30,000불

 - 시간당 처음 3개월 11불 2센트, 3개월 이후 11불 7센트

※ 급여는 연봉, 시급 선택가능

근무시간

 - 주 5일(월~금요일), 오전 6시 30분~오후 3시 30분
