  : 디자인을 시작으로 시공까지 진행하며 Sub Contractor(전기업체,플러밍업체등등)와 함께 작게는 Interior Renovation부터 크게는 New Building Construction까지 진행

근무지역

 - 미국 뉴욕주, Douglaston

모집 포지션 : 인테리어 디자이너

 - Renders conceptual design ideas and prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.

 - Prepares, corrects, and updates documents during schematic design, design development, and construction administration phases.

 - Communicates with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines to ensure project details are carried out including technical issues and project information at all levels of contract administration.

 - Provide support to design team members for specific field, style, or phase of interior design expertise

 - Develops and maintains positive relationships with consultants, contractors, and jurisdictional/approval agencies.

 - May be responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provides support as necessary Possess creative talent in conceptual design and rendering skills of either hand or computer sketching.

※ 팀에 소속되어 프로젝트를 진행할때 필요한 자료를 수집하고, 프로젝트에 직접 참여.

※ AutoCAD프로그램을 사용하여 도면을 그리고 Sketch up프로그램을 사용하여 3D디자인까지 할수 있어야 함.

급여

 - 시간당 15~17불 + 급여 외 현금 지급(월 200불 예상)

기타

 - 1년 5일 유급 휴무

  : Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New year 

 - 근무평가에 따라 취업비자 및 영주권 스폰

근무시간

 - 주 5일(월~금요일), 오전 9시~오후 6시

  : 오후 12시~오후 1시 점심시간
