모집 포지션 : 회계

 - Shadowing members of the Accounting team as they perform their duties.

 - Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records

 - Managing company’s mails and mailing out the checks and shipment documentations such as UPS, FedEX, and etc.

 - Answering business phone calls from operations or clients and transfer to the appropriated in charge person.

 - Working with bookkeeping software (Oracle based accounting database)

 - Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

 - Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.

 - Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

 - Filing/recording company’s credit card for Team & Part Managers.

급여

 - 시간당 15불

기타

 - 점심제공

 - 유급 병가 11일 제공

 - 유급 휴가 10일 제공

근무시간

 - 주 5일(월~금요일), 오전 8시 30분~오후 5시 30분
