모집 포지션 : 수출입 오퍼레이션
- Follow up with customers to resolve inquires - Correct billings and issue debit and credit memos for customers
- Communicating information and instructions to/from vendors
- Researching and resolving operational problems
- Review all documents, contact all first-time customers, perform credit checks, and handle other tasks as needed
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
- Effective communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact.
- Maintaining strong and effective relationships with vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies, etc.).
- Must have the desire to understand the operational process flow and constantly seeking improved ways for efficiency.급여
- 연봉 36,000불

- 주 5일(월~금요일), 오전 9시~오후 6시
