  : 본 회사 고용주는 화장품 유통회사를 로레알에 매도 후 경업금지기간을 마치고 2019년도에 새롭게 화장품 회사를 창립

  : 현재 해당 2개의 브랜드를 이미 런칭했으며, 앞으로 1개의 브랜드를 더하여 총 3개를 운영할 예정

 - 미국 캘리포니아주, LA

모집 포지션 : 상품 개발팀

 - Support the Product Development Manager to help ensure product launches are executed in an organized and timely manner.

 - This role will assist in the development of new BBB products from the marketing brief to first production delivery.

 - Help oversee new product development including initiation/conception to formulation, including completion, first delivery & launch.

 - Oversee artwork requests for primary and secondary packaging with graphic design team.

 - Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets (cost of goods, project status, bill of materials, spec sheets, etc.)

 - Oversee shipping log for inbound and outbound product development.

 - Responsible for organizing and upkeeping PD Dropbox files.

 - Responsible for communication to cosmetic vendors: Limei and Everfavor.

 - Perform worldwide research to help identify emerging technologies/innovation and trends in packaging, ingredients, formulations, and products.

 - Create and distribute comprehensive PD Briefs which includes launch concept, formula direction, shade direction, packaging direction and target costs.

 - Maintain upkeep of product library, standards, and lab submissions.

 - Coordinate samples for retailer meetings, photography, etc. and evaluate/organize 1st Production Finished goods.

 - Support sales team by providing necessary documents/information on products.

 - Communicate with all vendors regarding assigned product development projects.

 - Participate in brainstorming meetings for new product concepts.

 - Attend industry-based trades shows as needed.

 - Perform other assigned projects and functions as directed by department supervisor.

급여

 - 시간당 15불

 - 크리스마스 보너스(80시간에 해당하는 보너스 지급)
