모집 포지션 : IT팀

 - Reports to IT manager

 - Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically

 - Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

 - Research questions using available information resources

 - Advise user on appropriate action

 - Follow standard help desk procedures

 - Log all help desk interactions

 - Administer help desk software

 - Redirect problems to appropriate resource

 - Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

 - Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions

 - Prepares and submits daily activity reports to IT manager

 - Stay current with system information, changes and updates

 - Maintains company intranet system

 - Maintains company server computer

 - Performs other duties as assigned 

급여

 - 시간당 17불

기타

 - 유급 병가 + 휴가 제공

 - 안과, 치과 등 보험 가능(본인 부담금 있음)

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 5시
