모집 포지션 

 1. 고객서비스

  - Provide timely and complete responses to customer and prospect inquiries originating from web submissions, email and phone. 

  - Help develop product and service solutions for customer projects and other needs. Oversee, document, and coordinate the development of these solutions with other departments as necessary.

  - Enter customer and prospect information into CRM system and document all relevant customer and prospect interactions.

  - Complete customer quotes for standard products and communicate them either directly or through outside sales team.

  - Enter customer orders and provide confirmations and shipment status as required.

  - Provide support to customers as necessary after the sale to maintain a positive relationship and ensure solutions provided continue to satisfy customer requirements.

  - Perform follow up on all quotes as required and report any outstanding issues.

 2. 사무행정

  - Keep track of company data base of Attendance and HR management tools

  - Close Time Clock on a daily basis and Complete/Report Time Sheet

  - Perform audit for safety and disciplines, scheduled and non-scheduled audit per management direction

  - Assist Operation Manager and Shift Leaders, i,e) communication memo draft and circulate for recognition, Prepare and compile the paperwork as required 

 3. 인사팀

  - Assist in the HR department with information including recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems.

  - Provides administrative and project management support to the Human Resources Manager.

급여

 - 시간당 15불

기타

 - 1인 1실 숙소 제공(단, 인터넷 등 유틸비용은 개인이 부담)

 - 연간 2주 무급휴가 제공

 - 식비 50% 지원

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 7시 30분~오후 5시
