모집 포지션 : 품질관리팀

 - Perform Pre-operational Inspections at start-up, including ATP Swab tests.

 - Perform daily operational line checks and GMPs.

 - Familiar with Quality Assurance systems, including but not limited to GMPs, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, Pest Control, Customer complaints and Allergen Programs

 - Create product specifications, using data from all company departments, to meet customer requirements.

 - Perform of microbiology and chemical testing of raw materials, finished products, and associated items.

 - Maintain communication with other departments, managements, and employees as to notify them of any problems and concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.

 - Complete all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

 - Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with

SOPs.

 - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

 - Responsible for food safety, prerequisite programs and food quality related to designated area.

 - Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.

 - Perform other duties as assigned.

 - 시간당 18불
