모집 포지션 : 구매팀

 - Send quotation request for pricing and lead time to suppliers

 - Create purchase order, check shipment with supplier and receive shipment

 - Create parts list and create kit and hand over to production team

 - Inventory control and replenish stock as needed while taking into account shipping cost, cash flow, floor space and contractual deadlines. Excellent organizational skills are needed

 - Make and answer phone calls and take notes from customer, suppliers and shipping companies

 - Work together with company superiors, engineer, production manager, production workers as well as suppliers, customers and shipping companies. Excellent communication: listening, verbal and written skills.

 - Create, maintain and update a master work schedule and be able to prioritize important milestones and deadline to create actions of sending RFQ, processing RFQ, create Purchase Order, receive parts, and sending final product to next production team member.

 - Pay invoices to suppliers

급여

 - 연봉 38,480불
