모집 포지션 : 세일즈팀

 - Investigate and handle all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints.

 - Perform data entry and cash handling and relative notes.

 - Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.

 - Make changes to or cancel orders/backorders.

 - Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.)

 - Initiate file maintenance for corrections to computers customer file.

 - Fill out forms, determine changes for service requested.

 - Solicit sale of new or additional products.

 - Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

 - Obtain customer feedback information.

 - Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

 - Learn product selection to increase product knowledge and company offerings (different types, category location, etc.).

 - Maintain assigned work areas to ensure a presentable appearance for customers. 

급여

 - 시간당 16~17불

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 5시
