모집 포지션 : 프론트 데스크 코디네이터

 - Manage a small lobby by welcoming patients, therapists, and visitors.

 - Utilize our EMR system to check in patients for their appointments, send appointment reminders, and manage the schedule throughout the day (confirming, cancelling, or rescheduling appts).

 - Monitor and maintain the lobbys overall appearance, noise level, and tidiness. 

 - Handle transportation needs (setting up rides, confirming transportation) of clients as needed

 - Scan, fax, and copy necessary paperwork with accuracy and efficiency

 - Support in medical records requests with accuracy and efficiency

 - Participate in the front-end of the clinic’s revenue cycle by supporting with referrals, insurance fiscal clearances, and prior authorizations.

 - Work under the Director of Rehabilitation on obtaining MDOs and prior authorizations to support continuity of clients treatment. Follow up with requests over the phone

 - Work with the companys General Manager (Practice Administrator) on day-to-day company functions as well as larger scale projects related to marketing and networking
