모집 포지션 : 세일즈&마케팅

- Prepare and process purchase orders by verifying inventory status, price, and discounts through buyers EDI systems and follow up via email, phone calls, or online

- Input sales orders into our ERP system

- Arrange pickup, delivery schedule or drop trailers with carriers

- Organize, follow up on, and track the movement of products from order to delivery through order confirmations, bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices coordinate tracking info, ship dates, ETAs

- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure order detail is available

- Regularly check for potential stock-outs due to change in demand / delay in supply

- Constantly check in on and follow up with suppliers and orders to ensure proper order processing and shipping

- Ability to communicate effectively and build relations with purchasing buyers

- Manage Accounts Receivable

- Travel Requirement 5% (Food Show events)

급여

- 시간당 17불

기타

- 점심제공

- 연 48시간 병가제공

근무시간

- 월~금요일, 오전 9시~오후 6시
