모집 포지션

 1. Traffic Coordinator

  - Assists with the day-to-day operations of the export department to ensure that customer requirements are met.

  - Insure smooth and efficient import and export operations and communicating with overseas vendors

  - Receive orders/bookings from customers and assist with daily pickup schedules 

  - Coordinate with clients regarding freight clearance instruction, type of Bill of Entry and prepare documentation for customs clearance

  - Communicate proactively with customers on shipment status

  - Track shipments through transit points up to final destination and advise cand provide timely updates to resolve issues regarding cargo shortage / damage / claims 

 2. Inventory Data Control Specialist 

  - Analyzing, manipulating, and designing excel tables.

  - Data entry, analysis, reporting, and submissions. Inventory data management

  - Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

  - Verify and audit inventory and adjustments and claims

  - Identifies and optimizes common inventory items.

  - Comes up with ways to dispose of or sell obsolete items in the inventory.

  - Reconcile and ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner

  - Works with other teams including sales, shipping and purchasing.

 3. 세일즈팀

  - Process orders via email, phone, and text, while maintaining and updating sales and customer records

  - Analyze delivery costs, juggle speedy delivery against lowering expenses; initiate relationships with new carriers

  - Request quotes from carriers, assign carriers to routes, and schedule inbound and outbound traffic

  - Ensure proper resolution to shipping damages, including product replacement, incident handling, and escalation to appropriate departments

  - Actively manage inventory; initiate the production of specific materials to have enough stock to cover forecasted usage

  - Evaluate if sales prices are at par with expected profit margins and report deviations 

  - Contact clients to obtain missing information, answer queries, and provide necessary documentation

 4. 사무직 

  - Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.

  - Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.

  - Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.

  - Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.

  - Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

  - Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

  - Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

  - Respond to and initiate inquiries (regarding purchasing, facilities, administration, etc.)

  - Greet visitors in the office

  - Welcome new hires, explain policies, and assist them to be acquainted with the workspace

  - Keep track of receipts of office expenses or expenses incurred by managers or executives

  - Plan, prioritize and schedule meetings and appointments for directors and other management

  - Coordinate events, such as planning luncheons, office parties, or out-of-office team-building activities 

급여

 - 시간당 15~20불

  : 면접 후 결정

기타

 - 근무평가에 따라 정규직 전환(취업비자 or 영주권)

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 주 40시간
