모집 포지션 : 수익관리부서

 - Departure check for LAX#1, SEA (OZ201 and OZ271,4flights/day)

  : Handle duplicate passenger or reservation, Cabotage schedule change, noop case, government reservation, irregular other airlines reservation.

  : Flight Cancellation, Schedule Change Info to Passengers (Outbound, Inbound and Connecting Flight and Any Flights the ticket has purchased in USA)

 - Duties on the day before departure of flights (LAX#1, SEA)

  : Check last duplicate passenger, recently reservation, Reservation not issued case, D-3 online reservation

 - Call passenger for reconfirmation of their reservation [inform re-schedule about no operation, MCT problem, Connect FLT]

 - Check no show passenger rate and ES rate on a daily basis

 - Check or follow irregular reservation and send memo, contact travel agent or other airlines

 - Checkup OAL connect FLT, government reservation, F/U schedule change case, Noop case, MCT short case

 - Check Reservations without PNR Numbers (Check all reservations for a week in advance)
