 - Office management: Overseeing daily operations, managing schedules, and coordinating with departments

 - Data and records management: Organizing and maintaining company data and files in physical and digital formats

 - Correspondence and communication: Handling incoming and outgoing communications and maintaining contact lists

 - Administrative support: Assisting executives and team members with appointments, travel arrangements, and reports

 - Meeting and event coordination: Assisting in planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and events

 - Document preparation and editing: Creating, formatting, and editing various documents

 - Office equipment and systems: Managing office equipment and coordinating repairs or maintenance

 - Market research: Conducting research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
