모집 포지션 

 1. 건설 현장 책임자

  - Oversee field staff, and foremen to make sure multiple projects are on time, within budget, and have material & manpower to do so.

  - Read, understand, and plan according to the work specifications and contract responsibilities.

  - Anticipate project conflicts, communicate preventative action plans, and implement solutions to avoid issues.

  - Understand and plan work according to project plans, change orders, shop drawings, subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly pay estimates.

  - Oversee daily field activities leading to optimal progression of project with Superintendents and Foreman.

  - Present information and respond to questions from general contractor

  - Supervise, manage, and direct the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of personnel.

  - Complete company required or regulatory documents such as Design Risk Assessment , Job Hazard Assessment, Weekly Jobsite Inspection sheet, timesheets, etc.

  - Perform daily forecast of crew cost and production rate and report to management as required.

  - Perform on-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment.

  - Perform additional assignments as needed and per managements direction.

 2. 오피스 매니저

  - Coordinate with owner/president and support team leads to aid manage all staff

  - HR

  - Oversee all aspects of business operations,  day-to-day operations of the office; ensure efficient workflows

  - Maintain and update all licenses, insurances, applications, and records

  - Manage outside vendors

  - Help to organize and implement marketing initiatives

  - Oversee annual trainings such as CPR/First Aid, OSHA

  - Light office work/scheduling/ordering/ customer service/phones/ etc.

급여

 - 연봉 42,000불

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 4시
