모집 포지션 : 개발팀

 - Establish automotive seat structure development plans, goals, and budgets and test schedules; 3%

 - Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for automotive seat structures, including cushion panel, recliner, track lever, track, cushion spring, slide harness and wiring, torsion spring, and cushion frame assemblies, and rail end caps; 7%

 - Design and calculate automotive seat structures to ensure the compliance of the U.S. automobile safety standards; 10%

 - Perform engineering calculations to support design work; 5%

 - Generate and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications of automotive seat structures; 5%

 - Manage development projects and project timelines; 5%

 - Conduct various tests on prototypes and finished products to assess product functions, including recliner, side, high, and tilt adjustment, cushion extension length and slide distance adjustment, memory rail and seat adjustment, double folding, removal, folding, diving, and walk in folding functions, and check strength and hardness of the components; 5%

 - Correct products in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards; 3%

 - Analyze the root cause of automotive seat structure defects, establish countermeasures to correct the defects, and provide technical solutions for the defects; 5%

 - Identify and resolve technical issues within development projects; 7%

 - Inspect, evaluate, and ensure materials for automotive seat structures; 7%

 - Review and evaluate internal and external automotive parts colors; 5%

 - Respond to audit processes and take actions for audit issues; 5%

 - Review and confirm process validation to ensure quality; 5%

 - Improve quality of automotive seat structures by modifying automotive seat structures; 8%

 - Ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customers’ engineering specifications, material specifications, and quality standards; 5%

 - Review and manage Initial Sample Inspection Report (“ISIR”) from suppliers; 2%

 - Update product data in systems, applications, and products (“SAP”) and quality management system (“QMS”); 3%

 - Generate various documents and reports, including test results, audits, master lists, and bill of materials. 5%
