모집 포지션 

 1. 사업지원팀

  - Organize and analyze revenue report (POS sale, Wholesale) to advise all value chains promoting franchisee

  - Assist in the monthly close process and provide variance analysis against actual result

  - Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment

  - Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  - Track project progress and produce comprehensive status reports for senior management

  - Act as primary communication source during high scope events and collaborates with cross functional teams to provide timely and critical update

  - Consult with internal and external stakeholders to address customer inquiries, develop resolution strategies, and provided recommendations to enhance training materials and communication strategies while keeping the support team informed

  - Act as admin to third party platforms to create, update and manage systems accordingly 

 2. 사업기획팀

  - Ensure all plans reconcile and meet corporate growth objectives.

  - Coordinate meetings with colleagues, document and distribute meeting minutes.

  - Ensure tasks and projects are completed on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate.

  - Monitor business and operation changes to ensure plans remain current and valid.

  - Prepare and lead the weekly/monthly forecasts and track the performance to Plan.

  - Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting and tracking performance.

  - Standardize and implement internal guidelines and policies.

  - Support management in developing and implementing the proper controls.

  - Requires be open-minded and flexible to propose new ideas, building enhancement in process, and new reporting that can support the companys growth.

  - Search, collect and analyze the data needed to support reports for executive decision-making.

급여

 - 시간당 18불

기타

 - 점심제공

 - 연 24시간 병가 제공

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 9시~오후 6시
