모집 포지션 : IT팀

 - Technical Support:

  : Provide first-line technical support to end-users by resolving hardware and software issues.

  : Assist users in troubleshooting problems with computers, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.

 - Help Desk Operations:

  : Field incoming support requests via phone, email, or in person.

  : Log and prioritize support tickets using a help desk system and ensure timely resolution.

 - Software and Hardware Maintenance:

  : Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.

  : Maintain and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals as necessary.

 - Network Support:

  : Assist in the setup and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.

  : Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

 - User Training:

  : Train users on basic software and hardware usage.

  : Create and maintain user guides and documentation.

 - Security and Data Protection:

  : Implement and enforce security policies to protect company data and systems.

  : Assist in malware detection and removal.

 - Remote Support:

  : Provide remote support for off-site or remote employees.

  : Set up and troubleshoot remote access and VPN connections.

 - Inventory Management:

  : Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.

  : Track asset allocation and assist in procurement.

 - Collaboration:

  : Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.

  : Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs. 

급여
