모집 포지션 : 구매&물류
- Arrange and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate initiatives regarding logistics, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, and delivery date revisions.
- Review and provide inventory inquiries and confirm with sales that all information is correct and complete.
- Works collaboratively with supply chain management team on various administrative processes.
- To communicate with other branch offices on a daily basis and follow up with open inbound and outbound logistics.
- Follow-up with warehouse to ensure all shipment requirements and customer specifications are met.
- Follow-up with warehouse to ensure all tracking information is submitted and communicated to all appropriate parties.
- Work on documentation related to shipment.
- Be responsible to keep records related to logistics.
- Costing & scheduling of LTL & parcel shipments for applicable accounts.
- Trouble-shoot shipment issues and follow-up / dispute any consequential charge-backs.
- Assist Sales team with the organization of sales orders and communicate with proper channels.
- Handle data entry and assist data analysis jobs as assigned.

- Purchase products including medical water filters, air filters, appliance parts, electrical items, pest control and medical equipment, etc
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with overseas vendors and look over the entire process of purchasing goods to our warehouse.
- Create and revise purchase orders in our internal system.
- Follow up and coordinate with overseas vendors.
- Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related documentation in the computer system.
- Coordinate initiatives regarding pricing revisions, logistics, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, invoice discrepancies, and payment terms.
- Review and provide inventory inquiries and confirm with sales that all information is correct and complete.
- Coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes that support increased quality, decreased cost, and improved service in support of patient experience enhancements.
- Prepare reports and manage S&OP (Sales and Operation) on a weekly basis
- Analyze historical data and conduct market research for marketing
- Forecast purchases based on market demand and communication with the sales team
- Monitor stock levels to place orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Review quality of purchased products
- Work collaboratively with the CEO and President on various administrative processes including ensuring that all pricing information is updated in our ERP system and aligned with the contract.
- Communicate with the Korea office on a daily basis, following up with open purchase orders and new products from vendors.
