 - Prepare loan documentation for new loans, renewals, and modifications ensuring compliance and safe and sound practices for various loan types.

 - Support loan documentation and closing function while maintaining, expanding and building relationships, resulting in a high degree of customer satisfaction.

 - Review loan document requests for completeness and accuracy to prevent costly revisions and negative customer impact.

 - Coordinate final preparation of loan documents and closing procedures with applicable parties.

 - Reviews and approves loan document packages for release based on assigned release authority.

 - Performs credit and public record information searches.
