[Job Description]

 - Technical Sales Intern explains, promotes, and services the company offers and showcases tech products, while developing and executing sales strategies to identify and cultivate prospective customers.

[Job Summary]

 - Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide excellent customer service experience.

 - Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sustainable sales pipeline.

 - Prospect for new business opportunities within the assigned geographies.

 - Prepare and deliver sales proposals, product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings.

 - Formulate responses to customer inquiries/questions concerning IT and Solutions and provide consultation to prospective users.

 - Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved.

 - Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope adjusting schedules when necessary determining daily priorities ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships

 - Work closely with various stakeholders to develop and document efficient and effective processes that align with company’s goals and objectives. This involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas of improvement, and designing new processes or refining existing ones.

 - Manage budget planning and spending of all IT & Solution projects for the Business Unit. 

 - Coordinate with management to understand the annual, mid-term plans to accurately forecast and plan budget requirements. Continue to track and maintain budget spending and forecast on a quarterly basis for accurate reporting.

 - Deliver reports and statistics based on performance tracking

 - Stay up to date on relevant news, including trends, product roadmaps, market conditions, etc.

 - Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team.

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sales strategies.

 - Maintain a reasonable knowledge of the company’s range of products and services, competitors, and business drivers.

 - Manage client expectations and deliverables.

 - Complete calls to follow up on existing technology contracts & purchases.

 - Develop customer touches to enhance connect rate with prospects.

 - Present project status internally and lead communication between the project team and its stakeholders.
