모집 포지션

 1. 기업 고객관리팀

  - Manage multiple pick-ups and deliveries via telephone and Email in a courteous and timely manner.

  - Track and update shipment status to customers.

  - Provide excellent customer service to both shippers and carriers.

  - Create professional relationships with every customer.

  - Input work orders in the TMS.

  - Update accurate data in the system.

  - Scan documents such as Bill of Ladings, Delivery Receipts, permits, and other documents into the computer system

  - Communicate Client needs to the appropriate internal team.

 2. 장거리 운송팀

  - Promotes safety first for all areas of dispatch. Ensures drivers are following all safety policies and procedures

  - Supervises OTR drivers

  - Booking freight

  - Scheduling and assigning drivers and vehicles to convey cargo throughout the United States

  - Reviews next day/week deliveries and pick-ups

  - Notifies drivers of daily assignments

  - Tracks drivers for compliance with company procedures

  - Coordinate truck/trailer maintenance cycles

  - Manage equipment

  - Ensures Drivers have collected all appropriate documentation and signatures related to delivery/pick-up

  - Answers customer questions about delivery/pick-up

  - Maintains daily log files and preventative maintenance files and records the information into the appropriate systems. Ensures all daily/weekly/monthly paperwork is completed, recorded and filed

  - Other duties as assigned

급여

 - 시간당 18불

 - 점심제공

 - 1년 40시간 병가제공

 - 유급 공휴일 6일

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 5시
