모집 포지션 : R&D/품질관리

 - Develop new product offerings from concept through launch

 - Design, lead and participate in plant tests and consumer tests

 - Troubleshoot product issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

 - Conduct and analyze self-life studies independently and cross-functionally

 - Monitor development and scale up of product to ensure proper specifications are set

 - Crete recipe and produce new product

 - Assist in the coordination f testing results includes finished products, raw materials, and packaging components and the appropriate release and hold programs associated with these materials

 - Review production batch records

 - Verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitaion.

 - Calibrate and maintain all equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly

 - HACCP training (Meet and poultry, Seafood) acquired

 - 시간당 16불

 - 기숙사 제공(2인 1실, 1인 1실 중 상황에 따라 배정 / 유티리티 비용은 개인이 부담(인터넷 등))
