모집 포지션 : 데이터 분석

 - Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.

 - Develop comprehensive reports that provide insights into sales trends, performance metrics, and goal attainment.

 - Maintain and automate commission reports to ensure accurate and timely calculations.

 - Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve any discrepancies and streamline the commission process.

 - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

 - Provide actionable insights based on research findings to support strategic decision-making.

 - Automate manual processes in Excel and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

 - Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting systems.

 - Analyze sales leads and track follow-up results to determine close ratios and conversion rates.

 - Provide recommendations to improve lead management and sales strategies.

 - Analyze company raw data in conjunction with national data to compare trends and performance.

 - Identify discrepancies and areas for improvement by benchmarking against industry standards.

 - Develop and implement logic for tracking sales goals and performance.

 - Create and distribute monthly reports to sales teams, highlighting progress towards goals and areas for improvement.

 - Analyze customer retention data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

 - Provide recommendations to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

 - Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required by the Sales Operations department.

 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

 - Oversees database development and modification efforts.

 - Designs and implements secure, efficient, and accurate databases.

 - Maintains current and accurate knowledge of data storage and management best practices.

 - Develops and maintains documentation and standards.

 - Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the database to provide reports to, and answer questions from, upper management.

 - Performs other related duties as assigned. 

급여

 - 시간당 18불

 - 유급 병가 + 휴가 제공

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 5시
