모집 포지션 : 생산&품질관리

  - Ensure all operation is planned and executed to Customer plan

 - Develop/review operating standards, procedure, and company policies and make recommendations for improvement for overall operation aspect

 - Responsible for training, coaching and monitoring performance of Operation Team

 - Ensure appropriate and required training is complete and properly documented for all associates

 - Responsible in-time and accurate report of operating performance (OEE) report such downtime, quality, attendance, safety, etc.

 - Build teamwork and maintain positive morale among Operation Team

급여

 - 시간당 13불
