모집 포지션 : 세일즈팀

 - Receive and process customer orders, relaying them to the Customer Service team

 - Continuously track delivery status and take appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies swiftly

 - Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and warranty-related tasks

 - Issue and send necessary documents for statement, invoices, and sales quotes promptly

 - Conduct monthly outreach to customers to confirm statement balances and follow up with overdue accounts

 - Manage requests and receipt of demo materials, supporting effective promotions

 - Manage inquiries and communications related to sponsorships with doctors and other groups

 - Provide support for urgent deliveries

 - Collaborate with logistics and equipment teams to ensure thorough follow-up on installation dates, payments, orders, and invoices for CBCT & Chair

 - Coordinate with the accounting team to manage payment schedules and related tasks

 - Attend product training sessions and prepare for meetings

 - Facilitate effective communication between the sales representative and office staff  

 - Attend events with doctors’ associations and other groups to promote and strengthen relationships
