모집 포지션 : 소싱팀

 - Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers to meet product requirements and business objectives.

 - Support the sourcing team in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.

 - Maintain accurate supplier and product databases, ensuring up-to-date records.

 - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

 - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to optimize stock management.

 - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty and skincare industry.

 - Review and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.

 - Participate in cross-functional meetings to support operational strategies and goals.

 - Assist in implementing process improvements for sourcing and operational workflows.

 - Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating operational documentation and workflows.

 - Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

 - Help monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries.

 - Analyze data and provide reports to improve operational efficiency.

 - Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

급여

 - 연봉 38,000~48,000불
