모집 포지션 

 1. 어카운트&인보이스 관리

  - Assist with processing online payments using automated bots and our ERP system.

  - Verify accuracy by matching invoices with labels and resolving any discrepancies.

  - Work with Customer Service to fix invoicing or payment issues.

  - Organize and maintain records in the invoicing area.

  - Learn to monitor and improve basic automation workflows (training provided).

  - Help with pick-orders and general tasks during downtime. 

* Job Description: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to assist with our invoicing and automation processes. This role offers hands-on experience with automated systems, ERP software, and collaborative problem-solving in a supportive environment.

 2. 프로덕션팀

  - Email vendors on a daily basis (sending fit comments, confirming bulks and samples, sending new orders, etc.)

  - Work closely with their team leaders and co workers on fit comments

  - Help with QC when merchandise comes in

  - Organize samples and packages sent from China 

급여

 - 시간당 20불

 - 회사 내규에 따른 병가 제공

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 5시
