[Recruitment Support]

Posting job openings on job boards and company websites.

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Assisting in onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire documents.

[Employee Records Management]

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.

Processing new hire, termination, and personnel change forms.

Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

[Benefits and Payroll Support]

Assisting employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries.

Coordinating with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and records.

[General HR Support]

Responding to employee questions regarding policies and procedures.

Preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.

Assisting with training programs and employee engagement initiatives. 

급여

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시 30분~오후 5시 30분
