 - monitor and update social media accounts including facebook, instagram, youtube, and other websites

 - assist in producing emails for each sales department for their clienteles

 - preparing for each meeting materials

 - organizing files and datas in both physical cabinets and bins as well as computers

 - help in other departments as appropriate, etc.
