모집 포지션 : 컴플라이언스팀

 - Closely monitoring merchants daily activity on regular basis to detect suspicious unusual activity, fraud or violation.

 - Checking for High Risk transaction, suspicious transactions, Fraudulent or Violation transaction which is Cash Advances, Forced transaction with unauthorized code, Split transaction and Duplicate transaction, etc.

 - Verify cardholder information with issuing bank.

 - Attempts to detect and prevent Chargeback or retrieval before they occur

 - Investigating each case assigned,

 - Gather data on daily basis to determine which transactions needs further verification

 - Communicating with merchants by phone, e-mail, fax to further investigate each case and follow up with status on each case.

 - Maintain and sustain a reputable customer service when dealing with merchants.

 - Education for Visa/Master regulations, violations and fraud transactions to merchant.

 - Mail/Fax Visa and MasterCard violation to merchant and fax them back to Visa and Master Card.

 - Utilizing Visa and Master Card resources to investigate each case.

 - Working on MRA (TSYS) / PTS (FD) items for daily basis.

 - All request(s) that must be reviewed by risk monitoring team and confirm with supervisor or manger to process the request(s).

 - Assist supervisor and manager.

 - Other duties as Assigned

급여

 - 시간당 18불

기타

 - 유급 병가 + 휴가 제공

 - 안과, 치과 등 보험 가능(본인 부담금 있음)

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 5시
