모집 포지션 : 어카운트 관리

 - Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

 - Review billing statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

 - Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers to facilitate timely collections.

 - Record and apply payments received to customer accounts.

 - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

 - Assist in the assessment of the creditworthiness of customers and establish credit limits.

 - Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.

 - Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status.

 - Keep accurate records and documentation of all transactions and communications.

 - Work closely with internal departments, such as outside and inside sales to resolve customer issues. 

급여

 - 연봉 33,280불

  : 6개월 후 연봉 35,360불
