 1. E-Commerce

  - Assist customers with accurate information regardless of company’s products and services through phone, email or website

  - Support customer orders or changes according to grocery department’s policies, inventories and procedures

  - Organize customer database and maintain online sales promotion

  - Communicate with UPS, FedEx and PeriShip to provide better services, inquire about delivery process and investigate on parcels 

 2. SCM

  - 구매상품 제안, 출력 및 공지

  - 세일즈 데이타 공유 및 리포트 업데이트

  - 마켓 동향 취합 및 매장 공지, NY/NJ 전단 취합

  - 신상품 등록 작성 및 요청

  - 샘플 리스트 관리

  - PR 작성 및 기타 품의

  - POP(point of purchase) 관리

  - Cross Docking 업무 지원

  - 기타 관련 업무 지원

 3. 데이터 행정

  - Store Operations Management System (HANA) product registration and sales-related tasks

  - Store Operations Management System (HANA) item information update tasks

  - Handling store requests by each department, MD, and SCM

  - Logistics Operations System (SAP B1) registration, pricing, and sales entry tasks

  - Logistics Operations System (SAP B1) item code generation and updates

  - Handling SCM/MD logistics requests

  - Generating out-of-stock list reports

  - NON-EDI manual inbound data entry tasks

  - Store request updates

  - Store Operations Management System (HANA) task support

  - SALES ORDER processing

  - AR Invoice credit memo

  - TRANSFER REQUEST

  - Handling AP tasks between local vendors

 - 시간당 16.50불
