모집 포지션 : Fashion Garment E-Commerce Associate

 - Customer support: check our web & 3 other marketplaces email & messages, resolve any issue and respond back to the customer. Leave the important email mark unread. 

 - Order process: print out pick tickets and give to pickers: check order notes and delivery deadlines and messages and update on system, save and print, and deliver to picker. And bring back revised picked tickets and process orders: capturing fund > create invoice > shipping label, and give to packers. Follow up on declined orders. Record memo on AccuTrac and leave feedback on FG, LA, OS. Make sure those boxes are opened and put back in stock. Organize pick tickets in order. Print invoices for OS orders for AR copy. 

 - Product update: check internal team messages and update on all 4 channel product info and images. Update all web products on 3 other marketplaces.

 -  Leave feedback to all customers: FG

 - Save all customer account info for email, phone, name on AccuTrac.

 - Miscellaneous: Answer phone, fill up printer papers, weekly cleaning (mopping floor, cleaning desks and monitors, etc.)

 - Weekly photoshoot samples preparation and model casting follow-up. Pick up and Return samples to the store.

 - Any other job given by the marketing manager.

급여

 - 시간당 14불 25센트
