● Training Position : Sales & Cost Specialist (개발원가) - 조지아 서배너 지점 근무

* Support the development and implementation of sales, cost, and budget plans related to automotive seat structure projects

* Collect, organize, and analyze sales, development, and manufacturing cost data to support business planning and management decision-making

* Conduct detailed cost analyses for automotive seat structure products and development projects, including material costs, labor costs, tooling costs, logistics expenses, and manufacturing overhead

* Prepare and maintain product cost estimates, quotations, and cost breakdowns for new and existing automotive programs

* Analyze customer requests for quotation (RFQ) and assist in preparing competitive pricing proposals based on product specifications, projected production volumes, development requirements, and manufacturing costs

* Review drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and engineering change information to identify cost impacts associated with product design and development;

* Coordinate with the Development, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales Teams to obtain information necessary for accurate product costing and quotation preparation

* Monitor actual costs against estimated or budgeted costs and identify significant variances

* Investigate the causes of cost variances and prepare reports summarizing findings and recommended corrective actions

* Analyze material price changes, labor costs, manufacturing expenses, and supplier quotations to determine their impact on product profitability

* Support profitability analysis for automotive seat structure products, customer programs, and development projects

* Assist in evaluating design alternatives and optimization opportunities to reduce product and development costs while maintaining required quality, functionality, and safety standards

* Participate in value engineering and cost-reduction activities by identifying potential savings through design modifications, material substitutions, supplier changes, process improvements, and improved resource utilization

* Track and monitor cost-reduction initiatives and maintain records of projected and realized cost savings

* Review supplier quotations and cost information and assist in comparing sourcing alternatives for automotive components, raw materials, tooling, and related services

* Support negotiations with customers and suppliers by preparing cost analyses, pricing information, and supporting documentation;

* Prepare sales forecasts, pricing analyses, cost reports, profitability reports, and other periodic reports as required

* Maintain accurate records of quotations, cost calculations, pricing history, customer requirements, and project-related financial information

* Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures for automotive seat structure development programs

* Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and cross-functional meetings to provide sales and cost-related information

* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding quotations, pricing adjustments, cost changes, and other sales or cost-related matters

* Support the processing and analysis of engineering changes to determine their effect on product pricing and manufacturing costs

* Ensure that sales and cost-related documentation is prepared accurately and in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements

* Assist in developing and improving internal cost-calculation methods, quotation processes, and reporting procedures

* Perform market and competitor pricing research, when necessary, to support pricing strategies and business development activities

* Ensure that assigned activities comply with the company’s internal policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable industry standards and

* Report sales, cost, quotation, and project-related issues and results to the department manager or other appropriate management personnel.

● Stipend

 - $50,000 per year (*조정될 수 있음)

 : 45시간 이상 근무시 OT 지급

● Additional Information

 - 초기 한달간 숙소 제공 (변동 사항 있을 수 있음)

 - 입사 후 80시간 휴무 

 - 본인 의사가 있다면 정규직 전환 가능
