모집 포지션 : 고객서비스

 - Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

 - Providing assistance to customers who are experiencing product-related issues

 - Escalating system issues to the R&D Team

 - Managing and updating contents on our helpdesk forum

 - Preparing sales contracts and related documentation

 - Conducting onsite and remote training sessions with new customers and more

 * Support regarding software solution, OPUS Forwarding. Responding to various customer service calls and e-mails about troubleshooting, billing inquiries, sales activities, etc. Respond to all customer inquiries and provide administrative support

급여

 - 면접 후 결정

근무시간

 - 주 5일(월~금요일), 주 40시간
