1. 세일즈&마케팅
- Manage Food Demonstration Schedule
: Receive/Review weekly/monthly demonstration event schedule
: Maintain/organize monthly demonstration event expenses
: Analyze sales data occurring from demonstration
- Manage sales by various channels
: Receive and compose POs/Invoices
: Confirmation of and provide assistance with issues regarding delivery and scheduling of shipment
: Analyze sales data from each channel
- Promotion
: Devise promotion plan for sale of products
: Research/identify promotion agencies and compose quote comparison chart
: Manage and assist promotion (giveaway)/B2B sales and delivery
- Production of promotional materials
: Draft promotional material designs
: Research/identify production companies and compose quote comparison chart
- Weekly/Monthly Performance Report (Sales Team)
: Gather, organize, and compose data for monthly performance report
: Compose and manage supply performance for each channel
- Inventory Management (Promotional materials/Products/Products-in-development)
: Record entry and use of inventory (IN/OUT)
: Conduct routinely actual count of inventory for inventory accuracy
- Market Research
: Investigate product placement status and sale price of current products, visit demonstration event of products at various marketplaces
: Compose market research report
- Assistance with other related tasks
: Organize and compose data for reports
: Conduct Market Research Project for the development of new products
2. 수입부(Import)
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
: Evaluate and process and import documents for various accounts and items
: Administer delivery of all cargo and process all custom releases and monitor all receivables and ensure work within the required timeframe and assist supervisors to resolve all transaction issues.
: Provide optimal customer services to all clients and maintain the status report for all shipments
: Maintain and update knowledge on all customs clearance process and related import regulations
: Collaborate with freight forwarders and administer appropriate movement of all goods and supervise all freight flow and ensure clearance and delivery of all import goods.
: Prepare and processes all import documents and broker invoices and manage all contain shipments in coordination with freight carriers and customers.
- Job Duties/Responsibilities include:
: Rate and route international traffic
: Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries
: Arrange for pick up and movement of freight to gateways
: Expedite inbound import traffic to facilitate customs clearance
: Ensure to comply with all current import regulations including FDA & USDA requirements
: Initial review of products according to import regulations
: Maintain close liaison with the [1] U.S. Customs Service and for various specialized U.S. [2] Customs clearance requirements.-
: Communicating information and instructions to/from vendors.
: Researching and resolving operational problems.
: Review all documents, contact all first-time customers, perform credit checks, and handle other tasks as needed.
