모집 포지션 : 회계

 - To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

 - Ability to work effectively under limited supervision

 - Advanced Excel skills required, including the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables.

 - Analyze financial data and operations in order to assist and advise management in maintaining the restaurants’ financial objectives.

 - Timely review and approval of all balance sheet accounts, including monthly bank reconciliation and general ledger account reconciliations.

 - Successful completion of all internal and external financial audits, including coordination of work with CPA firms and delivering information requested by auditors on a timely basis.

 - Ability to work within a team toward a common goal.

 - Manage accounts payable

 - Maintain vendors and invoices

 - Annual MISC 1099 Filing

 - Directs or prepares all financial reports in accordance with requirements, meeting various due dates and deadlines, i.e.

 - Weekly A/R & A/P Aging, Flash Reports, Payroll Reports

 - Monthly Financial Statements, Forecasting, Cash Flow

 - Monitor restaurant’s compliance in meeting required report deadlines and due dates and react accordingly.

 - Executes other special projects and responsibilities as assigned. 

급여

 - 시간당 18~20불
